DISPOSAL OF REAL PROPERTYÌý
Ï㽶ֱ²¥ Board of Education shall not dispose of land or improvements by sale, transfer, exchange or lease of 10 years or more unless such disposal is to another public Board of Education for educational purposes or is approved by the Minister of Education pursuant to Ministerial Order 193/08 ‘Disposal of Land or Improvements Order’.
Ï㽶ֱ²¥ Board of Education may, by way of lease, other than a lease of ten years or more, use their land and buildings for alternative community use.
Easements are not subject to this policy.
