Stay Cool this Summer Learn How You Can Be Prepared
On Vancouver Island, we are lucky to experience mild temperatures and climates year-round. Rarely do we experience extreme heat, intense wild fires, or other emergencies during the summer months, unlike other parts of our province and country—however, it never hurts to be prepared!
Whether you are staying local this summer or planning a trip, please take the time to review these summer safety resources and talk about them with your children and families.
Extreme Heat & Heat Warnings
