Secondary Programs of Choice
January 2026 Information Sessions
Calling all Grade 8 families! We hope you and your children are enjoying the school year and are looking forward to the upcoming transition to high school next year.
Linked here, you will find a poster with details about the District’s Secondary Programs of Choice. Each of the six programs will host an information night in January 2026 for anyone interested in learning more or considering joining one of the programs next September:
- Challenge Program (offered at and ) – January 7 at 7:00pm in the theatre at Esquimalt High School
- Ìý– January 8 at 7:00pm in the library (second floor) at Esquimalt High School
- – January 13 at 7:00pm in the gym at Reynolds Secondary School
- – January 13 at 7:30pm in the gym at Reynolds Secondary
- – January 15 at 6:30pm in the library at Spectrum Community School
- – January 20 at 7:00pm in the library at Lambrick Park Secondary
Please note that attendance at an information night is not required to apply.ÌýThe application deadline for all Programs of Choice is January 30, 2026. Applications are available on the websites of the individual schools offering these programs.
