Action: Revised Bylaw 9140, Ad Hoc Committee of the Board has been updated on the District website.
Approved Motion: That the Board of Education of School District No. 61 (Greater Victoria) temporarily vary Board Bylaws 9130.1 The Education Policy and Directions Committee and 9130.2 The Operations Policy and Planning Committee membership from four trustees to nine trustees for the remainder of the Board’s term ending November 2022.
Action: The Board voted in favour of temporarily varying Bylaws 9130.1 and 9130.2 until the end of this Board's term, November 22, 2021. The proposed changes will come to a future meeting.
